This kit is the blank, a beautiful first quality rainbow moonstone cabochon to fit it, and instructions for mounting the stone.

This Twilight inspired Bella ring blank is adjustable about sizes 6 through 8. I have shown the adjustment backs of a couple of them in the yellow photo. At your request, I will make it in a solid size.

It has a 10mm bezel cup and the shank is 12 gauge half round domed wire.

This ring is entirely handmade by me. I cut the silver, forge the ring, solder it, shape it, temper it, polish it and finish it. The whole process takes about 3 days.

All metal is .925 sterling silver except the cup which is .999 fine silver.

Deep Blue Sea Turtle Earrings

Sapphire blue swarovski bicones gently swing from iridescent blue-iris czech glass turtles. Suspended from sterling silver kidney earwires, these earrings measure approximately 1.75″ (5 cm) long.

This pendant was made from 8 gauge sterling silver wire, hammered square and soldered together. The entire piece was hammered for ultimate glimmer and texture. The resulting thickness is about 10 gauge, still very heavy. The cross measures approximately 1 7/8 inches by 1 3/8 inches. The bale is made of 16 gauge sterling silver wire, soldered on, and flattened oval, with a minimal opening of 3 mm, plenty of room for a fairly thick chain or leather strip.

I took a trip to NYC’s Bead District a while back and picked up an array of semi-precious stones from a 36th Street shop. It was owned by a lovely little Hindu woman whose life story I got to hear while she took about twenty minutes to package up my items! These labradorite nuggets are my favorite of all that I bought that day. The photos really don’t do justice to the gorgeous blue-green shimmer that these stones possess; the light bounces off them beautifully, especially in the sunlight.

I was inspired to create this bracelet by something I saw in a wire working book recently. It’s a bold piece — perfect when you want your jewelry to make a statement — but lightweight and simple in design. Since I’m currently enrolled in a jewelry metalsmithing class, I soldered one point on the swirl to make the wire more stable and to use my newly developed skills.
