Heart Shaped Mini-Muffins for your 4-legged Valentine

These peanut butter mini-muffins are sold by the dozen. Half of them have a carob and white chocolate icing, (or you can choose to have half of them with white chocolate icing only) and the other half are plain.

Love is Like a Butterfly Valentine, Wedding or Anniversary Card

 ”Love is like a butterfly, it settles upon you when you least expect it.”

What a great quote to send a to that special person in your life just to say I Love You It also makes a great Valentine, Wedding or Anniversary Card

The card begins with a stylized painting of two red hearts making a sweet butterfly.

That is mounted on red card stock that is then placed on hand made recycled paper made by from recycled computer paper and X and O confetti.

The A2 size card is printed on 80lb card stock with my logo on back and placed in a cello bag with an envelope. The inside is blank.

Coral and Blues Necklace

 This pretty necklace features a 14mm carved stabalized turquoise round focal bead. The symbols mean “double happiness.”

The body of the necklace uses 4mm red coral rounds, 8mm blue beach glass rounds in two shades, 10mm aqua mother of pearl coins, 4mm midnight blue glass pearls, spacer beads and two 12mm aqua ab crystal rounds.

The necklace measures 181/2 inches and is finished with a lobster clasp. The turquoise and coral are genuine.

The American Heart Association is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is: “Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.”

The mission statement was updated by the American Heart Association during its Annual Meeting in April 2007. The mission statement undergoes a formal review process every third year.

The association’s impact goal is to reduce coronary heart disease, stroke and risk by 25 percent by 2010. Progress toward the goal will be measured according to these indicators:

• Reduce the death rate from coronary heart disease and stroke by 25 percent. 
• Reduce the prevalence of smoking, high blood cholesterol and physical inactivity by 25 percent.
• Reduce the rate of uncontrolled high blood pressure by 25 percent. 
• Eliminate the growth of obesity and diabetes.
