Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common, fatal inherited disease affecting children and young adults. CF attacks primarily the lungs and the digestive system. In the lungs, the effects of the disease are most devastating; and with time, respiratory problems become increasingly severe. In the digestive tract, CF blocks the absorption of adequate vitamins and nutrients from food.
Newborn screening for cystic fibrosis wouldn’t even exist if it wasn’t for the foundation and all the donations they receive.
EFC Team donated $40.00 to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in July.
In July, EFC individual members donated
$10 to Kids Against Hunger

Full Moon Sterling Earrings
Reminiscent of aged coins or full moons, you choose 
These are simple and lightweight, with the hand cut Argentium Sterling Silver disks measuring approximately 5/8″ diameter. The disks were hammered against slate repeatedly for texture, then tumbled several times for shine. They hang from 1hand made Argentium Sterling Silver ear wires, also tumbled hard.
The entire piece has been heat hardened to activate the tarnish resistance element in Argentium.

3 5×7″ blank inside, cream colored and signed greeting cards. Cover features a print of my collage painting, “Cow Angel.” A border is left around the image, envelopes included. The original art piece combines photography, painting, beads, and buttons.
Individual card available for $3, and 8.5x 11″ prints available for $12. 10% goes to the charity of the month.

Inspired by my daughter who is star crazy, and just in time for Independence Day. Made completely of Argentium Sterling silver (heat treated to activate tarnish resistance of Argentium), with all pieces fused, not soldered for a clean seamless look. The two piece item can create many looks, which goes hand in hand with my waste not want not philosophy.

Very fun glass tile necklace.
THIS CAN BE PERSONALIZED with the name of YOUR princess
Just let me know the name you would like in place of ‘princess’ on the tile.
The glass tile pendant itself measures 7/8” x 7/8″ square”.
Attached to the back is an Aanraku sterling silver plated bail.
Piece is finished with glaze, which is water resistant, but not waterproof (so please remove before swimming or showering).
Comes hanging on an 18-inch 2mm Black Rubber Cord Necklace with silver lobster claw clasp.

Summer Brights Beaded Necklace

The beads really spoke to me on this one! I purchased these gorgeous matte glass cylinder beads in a wide variety of colors; when the bright blue and lime green beads landed next to each other, I knew they would make a great combination. I had had the focal bead in my stash for a while, just waiting for the right pairing; this was it! I love how the texture and shine of the silver foil in it contrasts with the matte glass of the other beads. Gorgeous for summer (thus the name of Summer Brights Beaded Necklace), but a great pop of color year round.
